Management Contract

We manage your hotel on your behalf over a long period of time. We deploy our operating expertise to manage your hotel or resort. The management fees are paid to TGI based on revenue and operational profits. Your hotel benefits from the powerful recognition of our brand as you join our powerful network.

Franchise Contract

By affiliating with us, your hotel or resort gains significantly. You operate your hotel and resorts directly under one of our brands and you benefit from the expertise of TGI. Franchise fees are charged on pre-decided percentage on the revenue generated by the hotel.
