General Terms and Conditions

The use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance and validity of each and all the General Terms and/or Conditions – which are deemed to be automatically incorporated into the contract concluded with TGI Hotels, without the need for your written transcription in the same – included in the latest version of these General Terms and/or Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should immediately cease accessing and using the Website and should not use the Website to purchase any goods or services including making any reservation at any TGI Hotels.

In the case that the Hotel has entered into a special agreement with you to the extent that it does not violate laws, regulations or general practices, the special agreement shall take precedence over the provisions of this T&C regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
 

SITE

The Site provides information relating to hotels and resorts owned by TGI Hotels, a company incorporated under the laws of India. The site is accessible worldwide to anyone with internet access. However, the site may not be continuously available due to maintenance or repairs or due to computer problems or crashes, disruption in internet service or other unforeseen circumstances.
 

USE OF TGIHOTELS

You may only use this website to make genuine and valid reservations or purchases. You may not use this website to make any fraudulent, false and exploratory reservation. You will be financially liable for all uses of this website. You will be responsible to keep your passwords, login and account information confidential.

  • You agree that all Information provided on the Site or any other material accessed through the Site is general information and is not in the nature of advice.

  • You also agree that all Information is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty, representation or condition of any kind whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.

  • TGI Hotels is not liable for any loss (direct or indirect) resulting from any action taken or reliance made by you on the Information or any other material accessed through the Site including via any Linked Web Site.   • TGI Hotels may from time to time update, modify or add or delete the Information, including these Terms & Conditions and absolutely reserves the right to make such changes without any obligation to notify past, current or prospective users of the Site. Unless otherwise specified to the contrary all new Information shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions.
     

REGISTRATIONS
 

  • The Guest shall register the following particulars at the Front Desk of the Hotel on the day of accommodation:

  • Name, age, sex, address, Email id and phone number (or mobile phone number) and occupation of the Guest(s)

  • Nationality, passport number, and port and date of entry into India (if the Guest is not of Indian nationality);

  • Date and estimated time of departure; and

  • Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel.
     

 

RESERVATIONS

 

  • All room reservations, enquiries, or cancellations please contact Hotel at reservations@tgihotels.com / crs@tgihotels.com.
  • Payment for the 1st night of your accommodation must be made at the time of booking, and the balance nights to be paid at the hotel. All bookings will be charged to via a payment instrument made available by us from time to time i.e credit or debit card, online transfer or cash. For the walk-in guests, payment by valid credit card and/or cash. Please note that your booking is only valid if you receive a valid reference number sent to your email address by TGI Hotels. If you do not receive a Booking Confirmation number in 24 hours, please contact us at 1800 258 3100 or email reservations@tgihotels.com / crs@tgihotels.com
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Once your booking has been completed, a reference number will be issued which you should print. You should present this reference number upon check-in at the Hotel, together with proof of your identity (Aadhar / Voter ID / Government ID with Phot / Valid Passport) at the point of check-in. The person named in the booking must be the person that will actually be staying, failing which, TGI Hotels reserves its absolute rights to cancel the room or it shall request the person named in the booking to be present during the check-in.
  • Your room will be held for your arrival until 1800 hours on the day of your scheduled check-in - after which the booking will be deemed cancelled unless hotel is informed.
  • For multiple bookings, in the event the guest fails to check-in on time at the booking date, we may, with sole and absolute discretion, shall accommodate a new guest to the Hotel rooms for the remaining booking terms without any further notice given to the guests. Upon that, the previous booking will be deemed cancelled. Upon check-in, you will be required to pay a deposit for your stay.
 

WIRELESS RESERVATIONS

Functionality is not guaranteed with all types of mobile devices in using this Site. You should contact your service provider directly for technical assistance or any questions. Please note that security features vary by carrier/service provider and mobile device. Additional minutes/charges may apply and may be charged by your mobile carrier/service provider.
 

EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECKOUT

You agree that we may apply a charge if your required check-in time requires us to keep the room empty on the previous day. Departure after that time may incur an additional room charge.
 

EARLY CHECKOUT

The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date.
 

RATES AND CHARGES

 

  • You agree that you will pay to us the applicable room rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise us that you have departed from the TGI Hotels.
  • All prices are quoted in Rupees (Indian Currency) per room per night and are exclusive of GST.
  • The "from" rates displayed on a TGI Hotels website are indicative rates only, are subject to availability and terms and conditions apply. Please select dates and check availability to get the most up-to-date pricing.
  • Each rate or hotel package available via a TGI Hotels website is subject to individual terms and conditions.

 


CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations received after the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email (including requests made within this period) are subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to arrive at our hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a cancellation fee of one Night. Once bookings made and/or guest(s) checked in, bookings are non-refundable.
 

GUARANTEE POLICY

A valid Credit Card is required at booking time. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest together with positive identification on check-in at the property.  An imprint or swipe of the card will be taken on check-in.

On departure from the property, all fees for services rendered shall be payable by the guest and where necessary the credit card will be debited by the property for the fees.

The property shall debit the credit card for all cancellations, no-shows or any damages caused by the guest to the property, howsoever arising.
SPECIAL REQUESTS

Although the Company will endeavour to satisfy any special requests for any reservations, the Company does not guarantee that any special requests can or will be accommodated.
 

CHILDREN

One children aged 6 and under can stay and take breakfast for free when sharing a suitable room with two adults on the same room basis. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and portable beds may need to be used where such accommodation is sought.
 

BOOKING (RESERVATION) DISPUTE

If a dispute arises with regard to a reservation made with any TGI Hotels, then TGI Hotels has the sole authority to cancel the reservation by informing the guest via email. The reservation amount will be refunded in full minus any bank charges to the credit card or bank account of the guest.
 

RELOCATION

In the rare unexpected event whereby, the Property cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed, the Property will comply with its standard of obligation by undertake to relocate guests into an alternative property within our Minor hotel group of equal or better grading at no expense to the guest. Should there not be a property of equal or better grading in the vicinity of the original
 

FACILIITES AND SERVICES

Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of our facilities and services is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service.  If any feature or facility is essential to you in choosing a particular TGI Hotels, it is your responsibility to confirm with the TGI Hotels prior to making your reservation that the feature or facility will be available during your stay.
 

PRICING ERRORS

TGI Hotels reserve the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price or service at any point in time.

This transaction constitutes an electronic transaction and a binding agreement in terms of which the guest authorizes the property to debit the credit card as stated above and the guests written signature shall not be required for authorization purposes.
Booking, it may be required to provide guests with a property of a lesser grading. If this is the case, any reduction in costs will be refunded to the guest.

The alternatives offered are at the Property’s discretion. Should the guest wish to choose a property of a standard other than offered under this condition, then the guest will be required to pay any difference.
 

PROMOTIONS

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions and offers offered by TGI Hotels. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, please ensure that you familiarize yourself with the specific conditions applicable to any promotion offered to you.

  • Promotions are only valid for the period as specified in the coupon and it shall varies as per the respective Hotel.
  • Coupons are only valid at the respective Hotel, as specified in the coupons.

 


STORAGE OF VALUABLES AND LUGGAGE, AS WELL AS SAFEKEEPING VALUABLES IN OUR LUGGAGE ROOM

As a general rule, your valuables may be kept in the hotels safe. The hotel can store your luggage in a locked luggage room. Do not leave valuables or luggage unattended in the lobby when checking in or checking out, having breakfast, or waiting for a taxi. For security reasons, the hotel is under no obligation to store items of high value or items that could jeopardize the safety of our hotel staff or guests. The hotel is not fully liable for any items you keep in your room or in the luggage room.
 

CUSTODY OF BAGGAGE AND BELONGINGS OF THE GUEST

As a general rule, when a Guest’s baggage or belongings are found to be left behind after checkout, the Hotel will wait for the owner to contact the Hotel and provide instructions. However, food and beverages, cigarettes, magazines, and the like will be disposed of the following day after checkout.
 

YOUR OWN SAFETY

Always familiarise yourself with emergency exits, alarm switches and fire extinguishers. See the instructions posted on the back of the door of your hotel room.
 

BEHAVIOR

You are responsible for compliance with all relevant regulations applicable to the hotels during your holiday. If in the opinion of our Management your behavior is disruptive or causing distress, injury or danger to other clients, our staff or any other third party, your reservation may be terminated and we shall not be responsible for any costs or claims that are incurred.
 

SMOKING

We operate a smoke free policy (including e-cigarettes) in all bedrooms and public areas at TGI Hotels, and will levy a penalty charge if you breach this policy
 

DAMAGE

TGI Hotels reserves its absolute rights to commence any legal action or proceedings against the guests in relation to any damages incurred to the rooms or to the property while in the premise.

TGI Hotels also reserve its absolute rights to charge the credit card for the said damages incurred to the rooms or to the property without any notifications and if such costs of damages are unable to recover fully from the credit card, TGI Hotels shall commence legal proceedings against the guests without prior notice.
 

ENTERING ROOMS AND VACANCY

TGI Hotels personnel may enter the room for cleaning purposes while the Guest is not present, unless agreed in writing otherwise.

The Contracting Party must inform or procure that the Guest informs TGI Hotels of any period during which a room will stay vacant for a period of two days or more. In case a room stays vacant for a longer period, TGI Hotels needs to be able to enter a room (amongst others for legal reasons, such as health related regulations). The Contracting Party hereby agrees (where necessary, on behalf of the Guest) that TGI Hotels may enter the room in such situations, without the Guest being present or prior notice.
 

LIABILITY IN REGARD TO PARKING

The Hotel assumes no liability for the custody of Guest’s vehicles when they use the parking lot under management of the Hotel (“the Hotel’s parking lot”), as the Hotel is regarded as simply offering a space for parking, irrespective of whether the key(s) of the vehicle has been deposited with the Hotel. However, the Hotel will assume responsibility if damages are incurred through the management of the parking lot if such damages were caused by the intention.

The Hotel assumes no liability for when users of affiliated parking lots incur damages to their vehicles, vehicle accessories, or items within the vehicles, due to the actions of other users of affiliated parking lots or other persons as well as other incidents resulting in damages that occurred within the affiliated parking lots.
 

PET POLICY

Pets are not allowed in any of the TGI hotels.
 

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

Any activity (including photography and videography) of a commercial or promotional nature is not permitted anywhere within any TGI Hotels without the prior written approval of hotel management and, in the case of photography/videography, without a signed authorized location acknowledgement. Hotel management has the right to cancel accommodation and require the immediate cessation of any activity taking place in breach of this condition. Unauthorized imagery or video must not be published on any media and must be immediately removed from the public domain upon request from hotel management.
 

THE CONTRACT

This contract is formed when we confirm your reservation is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
 

CYBERCRIME AND FRAUD

Please be aware of the increase in cybercrime and fraud, If you receive an email that appears to come from TGI Hotels but which provides different bank details or different or unusual references it is unlikely to be genuine. Please do not reply to that email or act on any information contained in it but contact us immediately to check the account details. We will not accept responsibility if you transfer money into an incorrect account.
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

TGI Hotels does not warrant that errors or omissions may sometimes occur. TGI Hotels does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, currency and completeness of the contents, including without limitation, any information relating to rates and room availability. TGI Hotels disclaims any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever relating to this website and other worldwide web links including without limitation, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

TGI Hotels will not be responsible for any damages including without limitation, damages for loss of profits arising in the contract or from your use or inability to use this site. TGI Hotels does not guarantee that this site is free from infection by viruses and shall not be liable for any damages or loss.
