Guest Relation Manager

Job Description
  • Check arrival lists to greet incoming guests.
  • Attend to distinguished guests, such as VIPs, and address their queries.
  • Assist in assembling welcome folders containing informational materials like room service menus and local area descriptions.
  • Offer details about amenities, nearby attractions, and available services while promoting offerings.
  • Proactively anticipate guest requirements and establish positive relationships with patrons.
  • Provide aid with various tasks, such as confirming travel plans and relaying messages.
  • Handle guest complaints, escalating to the Guest Relations Manager as necessary.
  • Maintain a daily logbook of pertinent information.
  • Uphold adherence to health and quality standards.

Minimum Experience - 5 years
